Delta to require new hires in the U.S. to be vaccinated against COVID-19

Source: Delta Air Lines Delta knows that vaccines are the best tool available to protect one another and bring an end to the pandemic, and the airline has made great progress to achieve herd immunity within its workforce, with more than 60 percent of employees already vaccinated. To help maintain this trajectory, Delta will require all new hires in the U.S. to be vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they qualify for an accommodation, effective Monday, May 17. FAA Awards $898.9 Million in Airport Improvement Grants

U.S. Airlines March 2021 Passengers Rose 10% from March 2020 (Preliminary); First Increase since Pandemic Onset

Iberia extends IATA Travel Pass trial to Panama flights

Airbus resumes work on modernised A320 Family FAL in Toulouse

Source: Airbus Airbus has resumed work on the modernisation of its A320 Family industrial capabilities in Toulouse. This will provide Airbus with increased flexibility throughout its global industrial production system to respond to market recovery and future demand. The modernised, digitally-enabled A320/A321 final assembly line (FAL) will replace one of the original Toulouse A320 FALs.
