Azul Closes Acquisition of TwoFlex

Source: Azul Azul S.A. “Company” (B3: AZUL4, NYSE: AZUL) announces today the closing of the acquisition of Two Taxi Aéreo Ltda “TwoFlex”. Payment will be made in up to 30 monthly installments, subject to certain financial and operating conditions, and a final payment of up to R$30 million, which shall be deposited in escrow as collateral in favor of the Company for a determined period. The total purchase price will be R$123 million. Azul Announces Deferral of 59 Embraer Aircraft Deliveries

ALTA TRAFFIC REPORT, MARCH 2020

Panama, May 13, 2020 – The Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA) announces that airlines operating the Latin America and Caribbean market carried 31.1 million passengers in March, down 17.5% – or 6,600,845 less passengers – from the previous year. Traffic (RPK) decreased 22.9% and capacity (ASK) decreased 11.7%, bringing the load factor to 71.9%, 10.4 percentage points lower than in 2019. (see table 1). ICAO promotes COVID-19-free public health corridors to keep vital air cargo moving

Preliminary Air Traffic Data, March 2020:  50% Reduction in U.S. Airline Passengers

Embraer Delivers Five Commercial and Nine Executive Jets in 1Q20
