Aerolineas adds two new flights to Cancun and Punta Cana

Aerolíneas Argentinas announced 2 new exceptional flights from Cancun and Punta Cana, scheduled for April 15 and April 16, respectively. Both flights will be operated with Airbus 330–200 aircraft, which implies that a total of 530 seats will be available for Argentine people who are still stranded abroad. It is important to highlight that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship is the authority that defines the lists of passengers based upon the priorities established by health protocols. Said modality applies to exceptional flights. Volaris Reports March 2020 Traffic Results, Load Factor of 82%

Volaris* (NYSE: VLRS and BMV: VOLAR), the ultra-low-cost airline serving Mexico, the United States and Central America, reported March2020 preliminary traffic results. In March 2020, capacity measured by ASMs (Available Seat Miles) decreased by 5.6% vs the same period of last year, while demand measured by RPMs (Revenue Passenger Miles) decreased 10.3% year over year.  Volaris transported a total of 1.6 million passengers during the month of March, a decrease of 12.8% year over year. Viva Aerobus reports monthly passenger figures corresponding to March 2020

Viva Aerobus, Mexico´s ultra-low-cost carrier, reports its monthly passenger figures corresponding to March 2020. The airline registered nearly 850 thousand passengers this month with a load factor of 80.5%. This represented an increase of 1% in the number of customers compared to March 2019 and a decrease in the load factor of 10.4 percentage points. This decrease was caused by the drop in de-mand resulting from the health emergency due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the world and due to the growth in our country.
