Through HBO Max, LATAM Airlines Group and WarnerMedia announced an alliance that will strengthen in-flight entertainment system LATAM Play’s content offerings.

LATAM Airlines Group will be the first in Latin America to enter this alliance, with preferential access to the HBO Max library. The alliance includes exclusive premieres like ‘Friends: The Reunion’ and ‘Raised by Wolves,’ among other hit shows, like ‘Mare of Easttown’ and ‘The Undoing,’ which are already available to passengers.

LATAM Play offers more than 700 hours of premium content including movies, documentaries, TV shows and music. Outstanding titles in the catalog include: Mare of Easttown, Wahl Street, Game of Thrones, The Nevers, Sex and the City, The Sopranos, and Chernobyl; as well as feature films like Oslo, Bad Education, and The Wizard of Lies.

“This exclusive alliance allows us to continue building the best in-flight entertainment platform in Latin America and to deliver an exceptional and distinctive experience to our passengers,” said Paulo Miranda, LATAM Airlines Group’s Vice President of Customers.

To access the platform, passengers must connect to the “LATAM Play” network once onboard the aircraft and visit play.latam.com to enjoy the content. The Boeing 767, 777 and 787 fleets have screens built into seats with direct access to LATAM Play.
