TAAG – Linhas Aereas de Angola has signed a codeshare and interline agreement with Iberia for the new Luanda-Madrid route and beyond. Flights will start on June 27th, offering connections to dozens of markets between Africa and Europe.

For TAAG, Madrid becomes the 10th international destination from the Luanda hub, in addition to Johannesburg, Cape Town, Windhoek, Maputo, Kinshasa, Lagos, Lisbon, São Paulo and São Tomé.

This partnership is an evidence that the aviation sector is recovering from the severe impact of the pandemic. In this context, TAAG, as one of the most resilient airlines, is forging key partnerships that maximize growth opportunities.

This agreement is part of the shared objective between Spain and Angola to create new international commercial, economic, cultural and tourism opportunities.
