TAP Air Portugal chosen as favourite airline in Europe at the Trazee Awards

TAP Air Portugal was chosen as Europe’s Favourite Airline for the seventh consecutive year by The Trazees, the awards created by FXExpress Publications and Global Traveler magazine.

The tenth edition of the Trazee Awards took place last Monday, August 12, in Nashville, USA and, in addition to airlines, also distinguishes hotels, airports, loyalty programmes, destinations, cruise lines and rent-a-car. With more than 500,000 readers, Global Traveler connects brands with US-based frequent travellers.

The organisers of the Trazee Awards considered TAP to be a “trendsetter in the industry and a favorite of the millennial traveler, the most sought-after travel demographic.”

“It is an honour and a pleasure to receive this prestigious recognition for the seventh time in a row,” said Carlos Antunes, TAP’s Director for the Americas. “We accept this award on behalf of the entire TAP Air Portugal team, who dedicate themselves every day to providing an excellent travelling experience.”

Earlier this year, the airline was chosen as the Best European Airline to fly to Africa and South America at the World Travel Awards 2024, also for the seventh consecutive year, as well as the Best MICE Airline in Europe at the MICE Awards for Meetings, Incentives, Congresses and Exhibitions.
