The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) is pleased to announce the opening for nominations for the prestigious TIACA Hall of Fame. Following a revision to the nomination process, the updated program aims to enhance inclusivity and transparency, ensuring that the most influential leaders and visionaries in the air cargo industry receive the recognition they deserve.
The TIACA Hall of Fame honors individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development and growth of the air cargo sector. This year’s revised program introduces a more streamlined and accessible nomination process, inviting professionals from across the industry to submit candidates who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to advancing air cargo.
“The air cargo industry continues to evolve, driven by the efforts of visionary leaders who shape its future. Our revised nominations process makes it easier for industry professionals worldwide to recognize and celebrate those who have had a lasting impact,” said Steven Polmans, TIACA Chair.
Key updates to the nominations program include:
- Simplified Nomination Process: A more user-friendly submission format encouraging greater participation.
- Expanded Eligibility Criteria: Recognizing a wider range of contributions from individuals across different sectors of the air cargo ecosystem.
- Enhanced Evaluation Framework: A structured approach to assessing candidates based on leadership, innovation, and long-term impact.
Nominations for the TIACA Hall of Fame are now open and will be accepted until March 31st. The selected inductee will be honored at the upcoming TIACA Executive Summit in Hong Kong, June 24-26, 2025, where they will join an esteemed group of past industry pioneers.
