When Barbara Cruze, Stores Supervisor at the American Airlines Technical Operations maintenance facility in Tulsa, Okla., joined American in 2011, she didn’t think she’d also become a recruiter for the world’s largest commercial aircraft maintenance base — but that’s exactly what happened. Luckily, she didn’t have to look far for future coworkers.

Not only has Barbara worked her way up at Tech Ops – Tulsa, but her daughters Melissa Langgin, a Purchasing Assistant, and Elizabeth Rozzell, a Material Logistics Specialist, along with son, Jake Cruze, also a Material Logistics Specialist, work at the base keeping our customers and team members safely ‘cruising’ in the skies.

“I’m very proud of my children,” said Barbara. “And I can’t wait to see what their journey is going to end up as. I’m looking forward to seeing what American Airlines has for them.”
