E-commerce has grown significantly over the past four years, to the extend that it now accounts for between 20-25% of global volumes. Significantly more on certain trade lanes. With further growth projected despite the current climate of change
related to de minimis levels TIACA has commenced some significant work in this area. We are finalizing a TIACA e-commerce White Paper and furthermore to better understand the dynamics of cross-border e-commerce in the air cargo sector, we have initiated a survey.
I have pleasure to invite you to participate in this 5 to 7 min survey to capture your insights regarding current practices, challenges, and future trends, enabling the industry to respond more effectively to evolving demands.
If you leave your email at the end of the survey, we will send you a high level copy of the results of this survey when published.
For clarity: when we speak about cross-border e-commerce, it refers to the international shipment of small parcels (typically under 30 kg) resulting from B2C or C2C online transactions.
Your participation is invaluable, and we thank you in advance for your time and input.
