Iberia has taken a decisive step in modernizing its operations with the implementation of the Electronic Tech Log Book (eTLB). This digital solution replaces the traditional paper-based flight log and offers crews a more agile, secure, and efficient way of working.

The eTLB enhances information traceability, automates calculations to reduce errors, and synchronizes in real time with technical and maintenance data. Additionally, it allows incidents to be recorded directly during the flight and includes backup systems that always ensure operational continuity.

Following an initial testing phase on the A321XLR aircraft, the Electronic Tech Log Book has now been rolled out to eight long-haul aircraft.

This project, driven by the Flight Operations Standards department at Iberia, responds to crew demands and marks a decisive step in Iberia’s digital modernization.
