The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) announced today that the Executive Summit 2026 will be held in Warsaw, Poland, June 1-3, 2026. The global event will be hosted by LOT Polish Airlines and will take place at the Hilton Warsaw City, located in Warsaw’s financial district. The Executive Summit is expected to bring together over 350 senior executives from across the globe for two full days of conference and networking.

The event will begin on June 1 with a welcome program hosted by LOT Polish Airlines, followed by two full days of conference sessions. Delegates can expect a series of panel discussions, fireside chats, and keynote presentations addressing critical issues facing the air cargo industry, from ecommerce development, industry outlook, sustainability and digital transformation to evolving global trade corridors and supply chain resilience. Networking dinners and social activities set among Warsaw’s historic landmarks and modern venues will provide further opportunities to connect with peers and partners.
