Viva grew its total capacity in available seat miles (ASMs) by 2.4% compared to October 2024, reflecting an increase of 1.6% in domestic capacity and an increase of 6.2% in international. Load factors stood at 88.0% from 87.7% in 2024, with a load factor of 89.7% and 80.3% in domestic and international, respectively.
“October traffic results were solid, with passenger volumes growing 6.6% on a robust 88.0% load factor. This performance confirms the stabilizing demand trends observed in the third quarter and signals a constructive capacity backdrop as we head into the high-demand year-end season. While the operational environment remains challenging, particularly regarding engine availability, our efforts remain centered on disciplined execution and mitigating external pressures.”, said Juan Carlos Zuazua, CEO of Viva.
