To mark the Copa del Rey football final—which will take place in Seville on April 18—Iberia Group is bolstering its operations to facilitate travel for fans. The group’s airlines have scheduled a 35% increase in their regular capacity between Madrid and Seville during this period, aiming to meet the high demand anticipated.

Iberia and Iberia Express will provide a total of 760 additional seats, supplementing their standard schedule thanks to four extra flights specially arranged for the occasion. For the outbound journey, two additional flights have been added: the first on April 17, departing at 16:50, and the second on the day of the match itself—April 18—departing at 06:35.

Following the final, fans will have access to two additional special flights on April 19, operating at 04:05 and 08:15, thereby facilitating their return to Madrid in the early morning hours. With this operational boost, Iberia Group reaffirms its commitment to supporting fans during major sporting events and providing them with the best possible travel options.
