Azul S.A., “Azul”, the largest airline in Brazil by departures and number of cities served, announced its preliminary traffic results for February 2023.
Consolidated passenger traffic (RPKs) increased 25.9% compared to February 2022 on a capacity (ASKs) increase of 25.6%, resulting in a load factor of 78.2%.
“We started the year encouraged by the strong demand environment, which continues to enable growth with increasing unit revenues. We are excited about what we are seeing in 2023 and looking forward to doubling our presence in Congonhas later this month,” says John Rodgerson, Azul’s CEO.
