The Airports Council International Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC) recognizes the initiatives and work carried out by DINAC at the Guaraní International Airport for the conservation of the environment through the ACI-LAC Green Airport Project. All the energy consumed by this airport comes from renewable and non-polluting sources that do not emit greenhouse gases, thus complying with the climate change mitigation strategy established by ACI.

ACI member airports around the world have committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050 and call on governments to provide the necessary support to achieve this goal.

Faithful to this commitment, DINAC continues its fight against climate change and environmental protection, actively participating in ACI programs such as Green Airport Recognition and its future integration into the Airport Carbon Accreditation program.

ACI-LAC recognizes the leadership of Prof. Eng. Félix Kanazawa, President of DINAC, for his commitment to the environment and the achievement of the United Nations sustainable development goals, leaving as a legacy a healthy environment for future generations.
