The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) announced that the floorplan and registration sites have opened as planning for the Air Cargo Forum 2024 (ACF) goes into full swing with a strong start and is moving quickly with nearly 40% of the exhibit space sold.  The official housing portal has also opened.

The ACF 2024 will be held November 11-14, 2024 in Miami, Florida. The event is set to draw the industry to Miami this fall and is already exceeding expectations with nearly 40% of the exhibition space sold, with exhibitors such as Air Canada, Avianca Cargo, Boeing, Bringer Air Cargo, Challenge Aviation Services, Changi Airport, Miami International Airport, Neutral Air Partner, TAP Air Cargo, United Air Cargo, Unisys, Worldwide Flight Services and many more signing up early to secure prime space in the Exhibition.

Registration and housing have officially opened and people planning on attending the event can register in advance free of charge.

Building on the success of ACF 2022, we have worked with our partner MGME to enhance the event to align with our key event principles:

  • Hosting a World-class conference and exhibition;
  • Uniting the entire air cargo community;
  • Providing an enriching delegate experience for networking opportunities and of   course fun;
  • Launching the first TIACA hosted Golf tournament;
  • Creating unique social functions provided by the spectacular Miami Beach setting.

“To ensure we offer our attendees the complete package we have planned a golf tournament Monday, November 11th, added social functions that participants can sign up for ahead of the event, and created unique sponsorship/advertising opportunities. We will also be working with our exhibitors and sponsors to coordinate and list after-event functions. As well as working with local tour operators that will help guests plan pre/post event tours in Miami so that attendees can have a full “Miami” cultural and recreational experience. The idea is to make the ACF an experience that is exciting on both the professional and personal agendas,” commented Glyn Hughes, TIACA Director General.

“We are pleased to see the progress that has been made with the planning of the ACF 2024. It is exciting to watch the Board’s vision for the event come to life. By focusing on offering more than just an exhibition, we are able to provide an environment that will lend itself to people doing business while also having fun, I invite everyone to join us,” saidSteven Polmans, TIACA Chair.
