Delta has once again been named the top airline for business travel in the Business Travel News Airline Survey, marking an unprecedented 15th consecutive year at No. 1. This recognition underscores Delta’s unwavering commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience for corporate customers.

This milestone comes as Delta celebrates its 100th anniversary, a century defined by innovation and service. In 2025, Delta Business introduced a suite of enhancements designed to meet the evolving needs of corporate travelers and their travel managers, including:

  • Reimagined Delta Business website: A streamlined, intuitive platform rolling out in 2026 that makes managing corporate travel easier than ever.
  • Enhanced travel program support: In 2025, Delta launched the Corporate Solution Team to provide travel managers with expert guidance and strategic partnership. While our digital platforms continue to evolve with enhanced dashboards and personalized insights, our real differentiator is the investment in people—combining smart tools with dedicated account management to help companies optimize their travel programs.
  • Unused ticket transfer program: A first-of-its-kind solution that allows corporate customers to transfer the value of unused tickets, reducing waste and improving flexibility.

“Fifteen years at the top is more than a streak—it’s a reflection of the trust and partnership we’ve built with our corporate customers,” said Delta’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Bob Somers. “As we celebrate 100 years, we’re doubling down on what matters most: reliability, service and forward-thinking solutions that empower business travelers and their organizations to thrive.”

The BTN Airline Survey is widely regarded as the industry benchmark for corporate travel, with rankings based on feedback from travel managers and buyers across categories including customer service, distribution, and overall value.
