- BGG, a Peruvian gastronomic holding, joins ACI-LAC as a new World Business Partner (WBP). Its expertise in airport dining solutions enhances the regional network and passenger experience.
Airports Council International – Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC) announces the incorporation of BGG, a Peruvian gastronomic holding, as a new World Business Partner (WBP).
Founded in 2012 in the city of Iquitos, BGG develops and operates high-quality gastronomic solutions in airport environments through its brands Rutta and Martina, designed to adapt to different spaces and operational needs within airports. While Rutta offers a casual dining concept with a culinary proposal tailored to each city, Martina provides a fast and efficient experience for passengers in boarding areas.
“The incorporation of BGG strengthens ACI-LAC’s network of World Business Partners and brings valuable expertise in airport gastronomy, focused on service quality and passenger experience,” said Dr. Rafael Echevarne, Director General of ACI-LAC.
With a sustained growth trajectory and presence in multiple airports in Peru, BGG has a team of more than 200 employees and an operation based on high standards of quality, innovation, and efficiency.
“Becoming part of ACI-LAC as a World Business Partner represents a strategic opportunity to share our experience, strengthen regional alliances, and continue contributing to the development of the airport ecosystem,” stated Giancarlo Carabelli, General Manager of BGG.
With this incorporation, ACI-LAC continues to strengthen its network of strategic partners, promoting solutions that add value to airports, passengers, and the aviation industry in Latin America and the Caribbean.
