  • Launching New Mobile App and Sky Rewards Loyalty Program

Tropic Air hasy announced the launch of its new mobile app alongside the introduction of Sky Rewards, the airline’s enhanced loyalty program replacing TropicMiles. Together, these initiatives mark a significant step forward in Tropic Air’s digital evolution and customer experience strategy.

The new Tropic Air app provides passengers with a streamlined way to book flights, manage reservations, view schedules, and access important travel information — all from their mobile device. Designed for convenience and ease of use, the app enhances how customers plan and manage their travel with Tropic Air.

Integrated directly into this expanded digital experience is Sky Rewards, a redesigned loyalty program built to offer greater flexibility, transparency, and value. The program introduces a simplified two-part structure:

  • Sky Travel Miles are earned on qualifying flights and redeemed for free travel and curated experiences.
  • Sky Loyalty Points determine tier status, unlocking enhanced benefits and accelerated earning.

Members can track their miles and tier progress in real time through the website, member portal, and mobile app, creating a seamless experience from booking to boarding.
