International community achieves progress towards sustainable aviation, net zero carbon emissions

Caribbean Airlines reaffirms its commitment to fair and transparent negotiations

Source: Caribbean Airlines Caribbean Airlines Limited continues to seek a fair and equitable resolution to the ongoing good-faith negotiations with the Trinidad and Tobago Airline Pilots Association (TTALPA) over terms and conditions of employment for its pilots. Salary negotiations relate to the additional increases for pilots for the period of 2015 to 2023. In December 2024, Caribbean Airlines and TTALPA successfully concluded negotiations over the collective agreement for the period 2015–2020. As a result, the airline has made payments to pilots totaling approximately TT$14 million, based on the agreed additional increase of 4% to salaries.
