Boom Supersonic and Dimensional Energy Announce Sustainable Aviation Fuel Offtake Agreement

Source: Boom Supersonic Boom Supersonic, the company building the world’s fastest airliner, announced today it has signed a sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) offtake agreement with Dimensional Energy, which produces carbon neutral fuels and products by recycling carbon dioxide. Under the agreement with Dimensional Energy, Boom will purchase up to 5 million gallons of SAF on an annual basis over the duration of the Overture flight test program. SWISS to further expand services in its coming winter schedules

Source: SWISS SWISS will continue to offer its customers a wide range of short- and medium-haul air services in the coming winter schedules. The airline will provide flights from Zurich and Geneva to a total of 68 such destinations, an even broader selection than in the previous winter period. Gulfstream G700 sets speed record from Savannah to Tokyo on SAF

TAP Air Portugal opens flights to Palma de Mallorca

IAMA’s Standard Can Now be Applied to All Modification Projects

Source: IAMA New adaptations to the IAMA Standard address modification project scalability IAMA, the Independent Aircraft Modifier Alliance unveiled the latest standard outlined in version 4 of the Rulebook. The new updates address the applicability of the standard to minor modifications, guidance around Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness, also called ICAs and Manual Supplements. It also introduces new scalability aspect to the standard allowing all members to apply the standard regardless of the size of the modification being developed. Air Corporate of Italy orders 43 Airbus helicopters at EBACE 2023

Source: Airbus Leading Italian business aviation operator Air Corporate has placed a firm order for 43 helicopters from Airbus on the concluding day of EBACE 2023. The helicopters include 40 single-engine helicopters (H125/H130) plus three ACH160s from Airbus Corporate Helicopters in Line configuration with the Lounge package to add to two ACH160s already on order.
