(the “Guarantor”), announced a proposed private offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2028 (the “Notes”). Bristish Airways announces Codeshare Partnership with South African airline Airlink

Source: British Airways Codeshare tickets are now available to book on www.ba.com, for travel from 15 February 2023 onwards British Airways has announced a codeshare partnership with Airlink, improving connectivity between the UK, Europe, North America and more than 15 destinations in Southern Africa. With bases in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban in South Africa, Airlink is a premium regional airline with a wide-reaching network of cities in 14 countries, including South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Namibia. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposed a $1,149,306 civil penalty against United Airlines for allegedly conducting flights

Source: FAA The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposed a $1,149,306 civil penalty against United Airlines for allegedly conducting flights from June 2018 to April 2021 in Boeing 777 aircraft that were not in airworthy condition. The FAA alleges United in 2018 removed the Fire System Warning Check from its Boeing 777 Preflight Check List, an inspection task required in its Maintenance Specifications manual. Removal of the check resulted in United’s failure to perform the required check and the operation of aircraft that did not meet airworthiness requirements. United Airlines has 30 days to respond to the FAA after receiving the agency’s enforcement letter.

Air Travel Consumer Report: November Consumer Complaints Increase from October

Source: US DOT The U.S. Department of Transportation today released its Air Travel Consumer Report (ATCR) on airline operational data compiled for the month of November 2022 for on-time performance, consumer complaints, mishandled baggage, and mishandled wheelchairs and scooters. There was a 23% increase in air travel service complaints from October to November, after complaints decreased by 12% from September to October. The ATCR is designed to assist consumers with information on the quality of services provided by airlines. DOT remains committed to ensuring airline passengers are treated fairly and is concerned about recent flight cancellations and flight disruptions. ATR appoints Daniel Cuchet as Senior Vice President Engineering
