Southwest Airlines Announces Redemption Of 4.750% Notes Due 2023

Source: Southwest Airlines Southwest Airlines Co. (the "Company") announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding 4.750% Notes due 2023 (the "Notes"). The aggregate principal amount outstanding of the Notes is $1,234,195,000.  The redemption price for the Notes will be equal to the greater of (i) 100% of the principal amount thereof and (ii) the "make-whole" redemption premium specified in the indenture, as supplemented by the officers' certificates, governing the Notes, plus, in either case, accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date. AEMETIS to supply Aer Lingus and British Airways with SAF for flights from San Francisco International Airport

Source: British Airways Renewable fuels company Aemetis, Inc. has announced a multi-year agreement with International Airlines Group (IAG) to supply sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to help power both British Airways and Irish flag carrier Aer Lingus’ flights from San Francisco Airport from 2025. Government of Canada supports Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport with new funding for critical infrastructure projects
