Southwest Showcases 25 Years of Adopt-A-Pilot with Display at Dallas (Love Field)

August is Aviation Month, and we're continuing the anniversary celebration by showcasing Adopt-A-Pilot items from over the years in a special display case at Dallas (Love Field). Lufthansa Group and Vereinigung Cockpit conclude long-term collective agreement

Source: Lufthansa The members of the Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) pilots’ union have accepted the proposal negotiated last week between Lufthansa Group and VC. The union’s members had been asked to approve a proposed new ‘VTV’ collective remuneration agreement and ‘MTV’ collective terms-of-employment agreement for the pilots of Lufthansa Airline and Lufthansa Cargo, who number some 5,200 personnel. The new VTV will remain in effect until at least December 31, 2026, and the new MTV until at least December 31, 2027. American Airlines participates in first-of-its-kind research on contrail avoidance
