KLM unveils miniature house no. 102: Tuschinski Theatre in Amsterdam

Source: KLM Every year, KLM unveils a new miniature house to mark its anniversary on 7 October. This year's house is a Delftware miniature of Tuschinski Theatre in Amsterdam. This new house arrives just three weeks before the Tuschinski movie theatre celebrates its centenary. This stunning cinema was opened on 28 October 1921 by the Polish immigrant Abraham Icek Tuschinski. With Hermann Ehrlich and Hermann Gerschtanowitz, Tuschinksi had built up a cinema empire in Rotterdam by the time a piece of ground near the Munt in Amsterdam caught his eye. Delta ranks No. 20 on Forbes’ World’s Best Employers list

Source: Delta Air Lines Forbes has ranked Delta Air Lines No. 20 on its list of World’s Best Employers, the airline’s latest accolade this year. Forbes said it partnered with market research company Statista to survey 150,000 full-time and part-time workers working for multinational companies and institutions in 58 countries. Participants rated their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family in addition to evaluating other employers in their respective industries. Volaris Reports September 2021 Traffic Results: 22% capacity growth versus 2019 and 82% Load Factor

In September 2021, notwithstanding the Delta Covid-19 variant, passenger demand (RPMs) in the domestic Mexican and international markets for Volaris increased 21.0% and 18.9%, respectively, as compared to September 2019. The Company capitalized on the strong market demand to add capacity (ASMs), both domestically (+22.2%) and internationally (+21.7%), while maintaining a high load factor (81.8%).
