Emirates signs agreement with Turespaña to boost tourism to Spain

Source: Emirates Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Turespaña, Spanish Tourism Institute, to help boost trade and tourism to Spain. His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline and Group welcomed Her Excellency María Reyes Maroto Illera, Spanish Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism, at the Emirates Group Headquarters. Southwest Airlines Restoring On-Board Beverage Options

Source: Southwest Airlines After pausing our full menu of on-board beverage options in March 2020, Southwest Airlines will return to offering an expanded selection of beverages on Feb. 16. “Customers have expressed a desire for more beverage options, so we’re delighted to restore additional on-board offerings as a part of the Southwest Hospitality that our Customers know and love,” said Tony Roach, Vice President Customer Experience and Customer Relations. Summer 2022: Air France to Reopen its Paris ORY-New York JFK, Paris CDG-Dallas and Paris CDG-Denver Routes

Sun Country Airlines Statement

Source: Sun Country Sun Country Airlines issued a response to the following irregular flight incident. At approximately 1:18 a.m. PT (on 4 February 2022), Sun Country 110, scheduled to operate between Las Vegas’ McCarran International Airport (LAS) and Minneapolis/Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), returned to LAS shortly after takeoff. Upon landing, the aircraft’s right landing gear malfunctioned, causing the aircraft to stop on the runway.  Las Vegas Emergency Response personnel responded to the aircraft and all 50 passengers and six crew members were safely deplaned via an airstairs before being transported to the terminal. Austrian Airlines saves food: Start of test run for “Austrian Melangerie to go”

Aviation Capital Group Announces Delivery of One Boeing 737-8 MAX to Icelandair
