Delta, LATAM expand network in Brazil with new and returning services to Rio de Janeiro

Source: Delta Air Lines Service to Atlanta from Rio de Janeiro has expanded to year-round, while the seasonal New York route will be offered until Feb. 21, 2024*. The new flights operated by Delta Air Lines from Rio de Janeiro arrived in Atlanta and New York Dec. 17, both associated with the Joint Venture Agreement with LATAM. Heart Aerospace and US charter carrier JSX sign LOI for up to 100 ES-30 airplanes

Frontier Airlines Launches Only Nonstop Route from Philadelphia to Santo Domingo

LATAM transported 6.7 million passengers in November, 17.6% more than the same period in 2022

Source: LATAM LATAM group reported its operating statistics for November, reaching 6.7 million passengers transported, representing a 17.6% increase compared to the same period in 2022. So far this year, the total number of passengers transported reached 66.9 million, an increase of 18.1% compared to the January - November period 2022. In the eleventh month of the year, passenger traffic measured in revenue passenger-kilometers (RPK) increased by 19.9% compared to the same month in 2022.
