OMA completes issuance of Sustainability-Linked Bonds

Source: OMA Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., announces the completion of its issuance of Ps.4.0 billion in long-term sustainability-linked notes in the Mexican market (the “Issuances”). The Issuances are the following: 1. Ps. 1,700 million in 5-year Notes (ticker: OMA 22L) at a variable rate of TIIE 28 + 14 basis points. The Notes pay interests every 28 days, and principal amount will be paid at maturity on March 25, 2027. 2. Ps. 2,300 million in 7-year Notes (ticker: OMA 22-2L) at a fixed rate of 9.35%.
