Source: MIA Airport on track to modernize 38 conveyance units in 2025 Miami International Airport reopened its newest pair of renovated moving walkways at the beginning of Concourse D, marking the 23rd modernization of a moving walkway, elevator, or escalator at MIA so far this year, thanks to the airport’s $9 billion Modernization in Action (M.I.A.) Plan.
