283 Destinations can be reached from Frankfurt Am Main Airport this coming summer

Source: Frankfurt Airport Frankfurt Airport’s new summer schedule will come into force on March 31, in tandem with the changeover to daylight saving time in Germany. The coming summer season will see a total of 83 airlines flying to 283 destinations in 90 countries around the world. This means Frankfurt Airport (FRA) will remain Germany’s most important international aviation hub with the largest number of intercontinental destinations. The summer schedule will apply until October 27. The new timetable includes additional European destinations. In Norway, Harstad/Narvik Airport (EVE), serving the Lofoten archipelago, will enjoy non-stop flights from Frankfurt for the first time in summer 2024: passengers can fly twice a week to this destination on Discover Airlines (4Y) from May 16. New MIA art exhibit takes a hard look at the beauty of concrete

They are also some of the structures photographed by Miami-based Cuban American photographer Silvia Ros that are featured in Connecting Concrete: Modernist Architecture from Havana to Miami, the latest exhibition at Miami International Airport’sCameraWorks Gallery at gates D22 and D25. YEG partnered with Wild + Pine to plant 50,000 trees

With environmental stewardship at the forefront of airport operations, YEG partnered with Edmonton-based Wild + Pine in 2021 as part of its Airport City Sustainability Campus. Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport welcomed 61.7 million travellers in 2023

Greater Toronto Airports Authority and air carriers entered into airline partnership agreements

Source: GTAA The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) has entered into Airline Partnership Agreements with several airlines for a new rebate program aimed at driving better performance and passenger experience at Canada’s busiest airport. Airlines representing approximately 90% of seats at Toronto Pearson are eligible to earn rebates by achieving certain passenger volume thresholds and meeting targets related to operational performance, including on-time departures and timely baggage delivery. These agreements are expected to help the GTAA achieve financial sustainability in two ways: incentivizing passenger growth and reducing the expected rebates the GTAA pays to carriers compared to previous long-term agreements that ended on December 31, 2023. MIA ready to ring in the New Year with record crowds

Source: MIA Miami International Airport (MIA) has been serving a historic number of travelers since its winter travel season began, and more records may be broken as the New Year’s Day and Three Kings Day holidays quickly approach.
