Airbus launches study on non-CO2 aircraft emissions with Canadian aerospace partners 

Source: Airbus Airbus and major Canadian aerospace academic and research organisations have launched a project to measure non-CO2 emissions produced from different jet fuels, including 100% sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). The project named Contrail Research Yielding STimulating Advanced RQL Learning (CRYSTAL) includes a ground and flight test campaign at Airbus’ Mirabel site in Canada, the A220 Programme headquarters.  The CRYSTAL project aims at measuring emissions on-wing (ground testing) and in-flight emissions and contrails at various altitudes (flight testing) using the A220 flight test aircraft. ATR Announces New Order of ATR 72-600F by FedEx Corp.

Source: ATR World’s largest express transportation provider adds 10 ATR 72-600F to its feeder fleet  ATR, the leading manufacturer of regional aircraft worldwide, announced a major contract with FedEx Corp., the world’s largest express transportation provider, for the acquisition of 10 ATR 72-600F. This order adds to a previous commitment of 30 aircraft, and deliveries are scheduled between 2027 and 2029.   The only in-production regional freighter on the market, the ATR 72-600F incorporates the latest technology featured in the ATR –600 series while being specifically designed for cargo operations. Airbus wraps up VERTICON 2025 with commitments for 118 helicopters

New York State Police orders Airbus H160 and three H145 helicopters

Airbus publishes agenda for 2025 Annual General Meeting
