Airbus publishes agenda for 2025 Annual General Meeting 

Source: Airbus Airbus SE has published the agenda for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) taking place on 15 April 2025 in Amsterdam. Proposed resolutions include the renewal of Chief Executive Officer Guillaume Faury’s Board mandate as Executive Member, along with the renewal of the mandates of Non-Executive Members Catherine Guillouard and Irene Rummelhoff. Boeing Appoints Jeff Shockey to lead Government Operations, Global Public Policy & Corporate Strategy

Abelo Expands Fleet and Converts ATR 42 STOL Order

Airbus and U.S. Coast Guard sign support agreement for MH-65 fleet
