October 2022 deliveries: 60 deliveries to 38 customers October 2022 orders: 177 2022 deliveries to date: 497 deliveries to 72 customers in the year. The net year to date delivery number of 495 reflects a reduction of 2 deliveries recorded in December 2021 (2 A350-900 AEROFLOT) for which a transfer was not possible due to international sanctions.

Airbus Virtual Procedure Trainer offers an innovative way for pilots to learn procedures using Virtual Reality – Lufthansa Group becomes launch customer

Source: Airbus Advanced procedure training for pilots is now possible without using a flight simulator or on-site procedure trainer, thanks to the innovative Airbus Virtual Procedure Trainer (VPT). The software solution immerses trainees within a virtual cockpit and coaches them on Airbus Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Lufthansa Group will be the launch customer for the new solution presented at EATS (European Airline Training Symposium) 2022 in Berlin. Bombardier inaugurates its largest service center in North America

IAG confirms order for an additional 37 A320neo Family aircraft

International Airlines Group (IAG) Shareholders Approve Boeing 737 Order

Source: Boeing International Airlines Group (IAG) has announced that its shareholders approved an agreement with Boeing to order a total of 50 737-8-200s and 737-10s, plus 100 options. Boeing and IAG announced the agreement that was subject to shareholder approval in May 2022. The firm order for 50 737s will be reflected on Boeing's Orders & Deliveries website in November.
