Boeing Reports Commercial Orders and Deliveries for 2022

Source: Boeing Boeing reported 774 commercial orders last year after cancellations and conversions, including 561 orders for the 737 family and 213 orders for the company's market-leading twin-aisle airplanes. Airbus and VDL Group join forces to produce an airborne laser communication terminal

Source: Airbus Airbus and VDL Group have signed a partnership agreement for the development and manufacturing of a laser communication terminal for aircraft, known as UltraAir. Based on the development led by Airbus and the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO), the two companies will now prepare a demonstration of a prototype and a first flight test in 2024. As of 2024, Airbus and VDL Group – a Dutch high-tech industrial supplier – will further industrialise the prototype in order to make it ready for integration with a hosting aircraft. Eve Announces BNDES approval of $92.5 million line of credit to support eVTOL development program

Condor takes delivery of its first A330neo to modernise fleet

Tony Wood joins Airbus Board of Directors as a non-executive director
