ATR Continues to Grow in Canada
Source: ATR ATR is thrilled to disclose the signing of a significant contract with Canada’s leading hydroelectricity providerHydro Québec. The agreement includes the purchase of three ATR 72-600, along with an option for additional aircraft, aiming at replacing Hydro Québec’s fleet of older generation turboprops. Deliveries are scheduled to start in September 2026. With a network of 62 hydroelectric generating stations scattered throughout Québec, Hydro Québec needs an affordable, reliable and low-emission solution to transport its employees across the province.
