Delta cares for customers following turbulence event

Source: Delta Air Lines  Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 12 p.m.: Delta continued to actively care for its customers and people Thursday morning after significant turbulence led to a flight diversion to Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP). All seven crew members who were taken to area hospitals after the flight landed were treated and released by Thursday morning. All customers who were evaluated at the hospital and willing to share their status with Delta have also been released. We appreciate the response and support of first responders in caring for our customers and crew. Delta is cooperating with the National Transportation Safety Board on an investigation. IATA: June Air Cargo Demand Up 0.8% Despite Trade Disruptions
