Paris 2024 Games: peak arrivals of Paralympic athletes on board Air France flights

Source: Air France After the Athletes' Village opened on Wednesday 21 August 2024, Air France, official partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, is seeing a peak of Paralympic athletes arriving on board its flights this week. On 21 August 2024 (peak arrivals), nearly 300 athletes travelled on Air France flights, notably from Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile. On 22 August 2024, 200 athletes flew on Air France flights, notably from Nairobi, Bogota and Manchester. LAX Receives Final Cars for Automated People Mover Train

TSA readies for busiest Labor Day travel period on record, provides top travel tips to help airline passengers prepare

Source: TSA The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is prepared to screen more than 17 million people during what is expected to be the busiest Labor Day travel period on record, which will run Thursday, August 29 through Wednesday, September 4. The peak travel day is projected to be August 30, when TSA expects to screen 2.86 million people. Air travel volumes this summer are the highest the agency has seen in its history. FAA Refers More Unruly Passenger Cases to the FBI

Source: FAA The Federal Aviation Administration referred 43 more unruly passenger cases to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for criminal prosecution review during the past year. The FAA has now referred more than 310 of the most serious cases to the FBI since late 2021 under a partnership aimed at ensuring unruly airline passengers face criminal prosecution when warranted. SFO’s Terminal 3 West Modernization Project is Underway
