Airports Council International for Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC) announces the arrival to the team of Lilian Neves, who will take up the position of AirportsIndustry Relations Manager in Brazil and South America.

Lilian has a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade de Brasília, with specializationsin Habilitation Planning and Road System Planning. She also has an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an Aerospace MBA from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Toulouse, France.

For 26 years, Lilian was part of the technical staff of Infraero, where she worked in airport planning
and environmental management in the Engineering Department; was superintendent of the Airport
of Uberlândia-MG, Brasilia International Airport (and regional assistant superintendent in the
Midwest region), and Viracopos International Airport; also she participated as an advisor on the
Commercial Board and the Enterprise Board, in the market development of airports and committees in airport concessionaires; and she was Infraero’s representative in the Permanent Environmental Committee of ACI World. Lilian is also a university professor and teaches the disciplines of Urban Projects and History of Brazilian Modern Architecture, with several academic articles published on architecture and airports.

ACI-LAC willing to contribute my experience to adapt airports to the demands that are being made
and to acquire new knowledge by interacting with different partnerships in the industry. In
partnership with government agencies and other productive sectors that are focused on the
sustainable growth of aviation, we will seek to add value to the Brazilian and South American
markets in the global context,” says Lilian Neves, Industry Relations Manager – Brazil and South
America at ACI-LAC.

America and especially in Brazil, a country with great potential in air transport.
