The hiring considers a more diverse outlook, valuing individuality, ESG commitments and are connected to the trends of the future of work, with permanently remote vacancies and hybrid models for the activities, for example. A more flexible environment, which matches employees’ interest while strengthening the culture of innovation and knowledge generation, makes Embraer increasingly attractive to talents who aspire to work in the challenging aerospace sector.
