Aruba Airport is delighted to announce an exciting partnership with GlidePathCX / Thanks Again, a Loyalty + Rewards + CX (Customer Experience) Platform that bridges airline frequent flyer programs and travel loyalty programs with airport concessions. This collaboration is poised to significantly enhance the traveler experience at Aruba Airport while driving incremental revenue for retail and F&B operators.

As part of this partnership, Aruba Airport aims to establish a robust member database and connect with a global airport loyalty coalition, allowing travelers to be rewarded for their patronage. The platform is already linked to the TrueBlue points program of one of the largest US carriers operating at Aruba Airport, JetBlue (see TrueBlue Thanks Again). It is worth noting that Thanks Again plans to include additional US carriers in their program in the near future.

How the Program Works:

Members of the JetBlue TrueBlue points program can easily enroll in the program by:

  • Registering for FREE at TRUEBLUE.THANKSAGAIN.COM.
  • Securely linking their credit and debit card accounts (including select Caribbean banks).
  • Automatically earning TrueBlue points when dining and shopping at Aruba Airport.

Moreover, the GlidePathCX platform will provide Aruba Airport with a comprehensive CX Dashboard featuring Real-time Insights, including:

  • Customer feedback (e.g., survey responses) presented in near real-time.
  • Sentiment scores calculated daily.
  • Top issues highlighted in a searchable word cloud.
  • A 360° view of visitor sentiment and loyalty transactions during their time at the airport.

Aruba Airport will also receive valuable spend reporting and passenger personas insights, enabling a better understanding of traveler preferences and spending patterns. The Business Intelligence dashboard will allow the tracking of engagements, transactions, and survey responses.

“We believe that this partnership will not only elevate the traveler experience at Aruba Airport but also provide invaluable insights and opportunities for our retail and F&B operators to engage with passengers and boost business,” said Barbara Brown, Chief Revenue Development & Communications Officer at Aruba Airport.

Marc E. Ellis, CEO of GlidePathCX, added, “We are excited to partner with Aruba Airport in an effort to measurably boost the passenger experience using actual acquired insights and data. In partnership with JetBlue, we feel this benefits our mutual customers.”

Aruba Airport expresses gratitude for the continued support and participation of its retail and F&B operators. For any inquiries or further information, please do not hesitate to contact the Aruba Airport team.
