The Dominican Republic’s Mónika Infante, CEO of AERODOM, assumes the presidency of the Board of Directors of the Airports Council International for Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC) for the period 2024 – 2025. She is the first woman to lead the association since it was founded in 1991. Infante will be joined on the Executive Committee by Ezequiel Barrenecha, president of TAGSA and former president of ACI-LAC; Juan José Salmón, CEO of Lima Airport Partners; Evans Avendaño, CEO of Airports Peru; Raúl Revuelta, CEO of Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico; and Jorge Rosillo, CEO of ECOGAL. The new Board of Directors was elected by ACI-LAC’s member airports during the last Annual General Meeting, held on November 6, 2023.

ACI-LAC is the regional office of Airports Council International, founded in 1991, to represent the interests of airport operators in Latin America and the Caribbean. ACI-LAC seeks to coordinate collaborative efforts with its member airports to ensure that the airport industry generates social, environmental and economic development in the region. ACI-LAC currently has 86 members operating more than 350 airports in 41 countries in the Latin American and Caribbean region as well as active working committees dedicated to operational safety, economic and commercial, sustainability, human resources, facilitation, AVSEC, and legal affairs.
