SWISS offers its cabin personnel more salary, better plannability and more individual options in new collective labour agreement

Source: SWISS SWISS and kapers, the union of the company’s cabin personnel, have jointly devised a new collective labour agreement (CLA) which features numerous improvements. All SWISS cabin crew members will have their full-time basic monthly salary increased by CHF 400. The new accord also incorporates a 2% inflation-based salary adjustment and an increase in expenses rates. SWISS is also investing in the quality of life of its cabin personnel with the new CLA. Cabin crew members will receive their monthly rosters earlier than before and will also be assigned seven fixed free days every month. Viva Aerobus: Passengers increased 24.7%, reaching an 89.3% Load Factor in October

Source: Viva Aerobus Viva Aerobus announced today its October 2023 preliminary traffic results. Viva Aerobus’ passenger traffic increased 24.7% compared to October 2022, reaching 2.3 million passengers, driven by an increase of 24.4% and 27.1% in domestic and international traffic, respectively. Load factors reached 89.3% compared to 85.0% in 2022, with a load factor mix of 90.1% and 85.2% in domestic and international, respectively. TIACA Announces the 5th Sustainability Award Finalists for the Start-up/Small Business Category
