Airports in the Aena network recovered more than 97% of pre-pandemic passenger levels in October

This figure is 2.9 percentage points from pre-pandemic levels, meaning that 97.1% of the traffic recorded in October 2019 has already been recovered. In addition, 208,817 aircraft were in operation, which is equivalent to a recovery of 99.3% compared to 2019, while 90,517 tonnes of cargo were transported, representing a decrease of 14.5% compared to the same month of 2019. ICAO advocates for decarbonization of aviation at COP 27

ITA Airways confirms its commitments to growth for 2023

Source: ITA Airways ITA Airways has signed all the planned commitments for the increase of its fleet in 2023: 39 new generation aircraft will join the fleet next year, including 9 wide-body (A330-900) and 30 narrow-body aircraft, while at the same time, the previous generation aircraft will be phased out. Emirates Group announces record half-year performance for 2022-23
