Aena airports surpass pre-pandemic figures for second month in a row with more than 16.6 million passengers in February

MIA expecting record-breaking spring break travel

Source: MIA With Miami International Airport’s record-breaking growth carrying over from last year into 2023, the airport is expecting its busiest spring break travel season ever this month. Passenger totals at MIA in January and February were all-time highs for those months, with February bringing a total of 4.1 million passengers for an average of nearly 150,000 travelers per day – an increase of 7% over last February and 5% over February 2020 (pre-pandemic). Air Canada Comments on Toronto-Pearson

Source: Air Canada Air Canada issued the following statement in response to reports about the Greater Toronto Airport Authority imposing limits on carrier operations at Toronto-Pearson airport. Air Canada was first advised of the GTAA's plans in August 2022, and so it designed its 2023 winter schedule with these limitations taken into account and anticipates no significant changes to its schedule for the March Break travel period.
