OMA obtains short-term loans

Source: OMA Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), announces that it has obtained short-term loans for an aggregate amount of Ps.1,200 million with HSBC México, Banco Nacional de México and Banco Santander México. Proceeds will be used to capitalize the group’s subsidiaries, for working capital and to strengthen the company’s liquidity. Loans mature in June 2023 and have an annual weighted average interest rate of TIIE + 86.7 basis points. With these loans, OMA continues to maintain a solid capital structure.

MIA provides travel tips for the busy winter holiday season

Source: MIA Miami International Airport is expecting another busy winter holiday travel season this year, with 2.5 million passengers projected from December 21 to January 6 (Three Kings Day), for a 1.5% increase over its record-breaking period in 2021. A daily average of 151,000 travelers is expected over the 17-day travel period, which is 10,000 more travelers per day than the airport's average in November. MIA's busiest travel days are expected to be the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before Christmas Day, the Friday before New Year's Day, and the Thursday and Friday after New Year's Day, when the airport projects more than 157,000 passengers on each day. MIA kicks off busy month of winter route launches

New routes and two new airlines to Miami A busy month of new flights at Miami International Airport kicked off on December 8, when Avianca launched three weekly flights to Bucaramanga, Colombia, and four weekly flights to Pereira, Colombia from MIA, followed by the airline beginning two weekly Santa Marta-Miami flights on December 10. Bucaramanga and Santa Marta mark two new routes for MIA and bring the airport's total number of nonstop destinations in Colombia to nine – the most in its history. MIA ends 2022 with three bond rating upgrades

Istanbul Airport becomes world’s first to achieve airport accessibility accreditation
