The new company groups the strengths, resources and skills of Airbus’s sites in Nantes and Montoir-de-Bretagne, the central functions associated with their activities, as well as the STELIA Aerospace sites worldwide. Aviation Capital Group commits to 20 A220s and 40 A320neo Family aircraft

Embraer launches Software Specialization Program in partnership with UFPES

Spanish Ministries of Defence and Interior sign for 36 H135s

Source: Airbus To be operated by Spain’s Air Force, Navy, National Police, and the Guardia Civil The Spanish Ministries of Defence and Interior have ordered 36 Airbus H135 helicopters. This signature takes place in the context of the stimulus plan activated by the Spanish government to support the industry. The Ministry of Defence will receive 18 helicopters to be operated by the air force and the navy while the Ministry of Interior will also take delivery of 18 helicopters to be operated by the National Police and the Guardia Civil. Airbus confirms to have received a formal legal claim by Qatar Airways, analysing its contents

Source: Airbus Airbus received a formal legal claim in the English courts filed by Qatar Airways, relating to the dispute over the degradation of surface and paint on certain of Qatar Airways' A350XWB aircraft. Newly launched ACJ TwoTwenty completes first flight

The production test flight was performed by Christophe Marchand and Adam Mason as Test Pilots and supported by Romuald Scheling as Flight Test Engineer. Airbus discloses share buyback transactions 6-10 December 2021

Source: Airbus Airbus SE reports the following share buyback transactions from 6 to 10 December 2021 under Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“EU Market Abuse Regulation”). The transactions are part of a share buyback programme that started on 6 December 2021 for the sole purpose of covering Airbus’ long-term incentive plan in shares. The repurchased shares will be redistributed to the beneficiaries of long-term incentive plans according to the relevant plan rules.
