Viva Aerobus: Passengers increased 12.6%, reaching an 86.1% Load Factor

Viva Aerobus’ passenger traffic increased 12.6% compared to March 2023, reaching 2.2 million passengers, driven by an increase of 12.5% and 13.1% in domestic and international traffic, respectively. Load factors reached 86.1% compared to 86.2% in 2023, with a load factor mix of 87.9% and 78.2% in domestic and international, respectively. ICAO Urges States to Accelerate Ratification of International Unruly Air Passenger Treaty

Source: ICAO In response to the increase in incidents of unruly passenger behavior on international flights being reported by regulators and airlines, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) issued an urgent call to its Member States to fast-track the ratification of the 2014 Protocol to Amend the Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft (Montréal Protocol 2014 or MP14).
