SANSA is a regional carrier in Costa Rica based at the Juan Santamaría International Airport in San José, founded in 1978 to exclusively serve domestic flights in the Central American country. Currently, SANSA has a network of domestic routes in 13 Costa Rican cities. In New Letter to FCC, Chair DeFazio Continues to Express “Deep Reservations” About Scheduled 5G Deployment

Kelowna Flightcraft Pilots Ratify Tentative Agreement on New Contract

Source: ALPA Kelowna Flightcraft (KFC) pilots, represented by the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA), recently announced they have ratified a tentative agreement with the Company on a four-year contract retroactive to April 2021. With nearly 92 percent of eligible pilots participating, 73 percent voted to ratify the agreement. The pilots will now move forward with contract enhancements on a number of key issues including increasing wages, improved scheduling rules, vacation bidding, and uniform allowances. Capt. Airbus discloses share buyback transactions 20-22 December 2021

Source: Airbus Airbus SE reports the following share buyback transactions from 20 to 22 December 2021 under Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“EU Market Abuse Regulation”). The transactions are part of a share buyback programme that started on 6 December 2021 for the sole purpose of covering Airbus’ long-term incentive plan in shares. FAA Statement on 5G

Source: US FAA The FAA is working with the aviation and wireless industries to find a solution that allows 5G C-band and aviation to safely coexist. While that work is underway, the FAA alerted operators that Notices to Air Missions (NOTAMs) may be issued to restrict operations in areas where 5G interference is possible. It also provides additional information about aircraft systems that could be affected.
